I have a good sized deck. The repairs were made, holes filled, and completely stained all in the same day. Both gentlemen that came, Kevin and Casey L, were polite, respectful of my property, knowledgeable, and friendly! These character traits are huge to me. It is rare in the world we live in today that you find all of these things in one company. The price was extremely fair for the amount of work involved.

Working with Michael and his crew was refreshing to say the least. My husband and I moved into our home late June of 2025 and immediately knew we wanted painters to come in and do essentially all of our home, inside and out. We researched, asked around, and checked reviews for SO many companies – But A Cut Above really stood out.
We had Justin, the project manager, come out and give us a fairly blanketed AND more detailed quote; he seemed to be happy to do so and came out with pre-knowledge which allowed things to be extra smooth. He had front of office email us the quote with important details and had it categorized in a manner I had asked him to, which was incredibly helpful.
Early January of 2026 we decided we were going to pull the trigger and have all 3 of our bathrooms painted and boy am I glad I went with this company.
Jonathan came out (project coordinator) and grabbed the colors we wanted, then came out later in the week to give me generous sized swatches and was incredibly knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions with ease and pleasure.
Kevin and his crew came out on the 25th of March to complete the job in one day and assured me over every curiosity I had – all the way to reminding me that paint looks different when it’s wet and to absolutely call them if I needed a single thing touched up.
He was right – paint looks a lot different dry and there were some spots. I was nervous to call them back out for what I deemed “miniscule” but he made SO sure to come out with a big smile and made sure that I was happy with the job!
Now, with all things in life, hiccups happened – and Michael truly dealt with every single one with humility and grace. Having an owner of a company accept and take responsibility, on top of understanding the customer? Honestly incredible especially in 2026. Now, none of these hiccups were detrimental enough for me to choose not to work with them and I am so happy with the outcome. All of my bathrooms are gorgeous and EXACTLY how I pictured.
We had Casey, Omar and Jared come back out a few months later to paint our kitchen cabinets. The first picture is the before look and the others are after. OMG these guys are great! They are fast, precise, provide the best quality paint jobs and are so very polite and funny. I cannot imagine using another company. They painted our house and then our cabinets and we will have them come back out again to paint some rooms inside our home. You really can’t go wrong with this company. They use high quality paint, do high quality work with high quality people and they clean up the areas they are working on every single night before they go home. Everyone we have dealt with in this company have been absolutely wonderful and they are serious about the quality of work they do. You won’t be sorry about using A Cut Above, because they are so fast, professional and do awesome work.
Good work up front and eagerness to follow up when needed.

Brian and Rocky did a fantastic job. They repaired sheetrock and painted walls and ceilings so great that you can’t tell any storm damage was done. Check out my garage ceiling I’m so excited about it . I hope i download the picture right. These young men were awesome. They were careful with our belongings. Made sure everything was back in place and cleaned up! A true pleasure to work with. I was a little worried about the job .it doesn’t always work out this great. Last year, their team applied German schmear to the entire exterior of our home; the transformation was amazing! I often sit and simply admire the workmanship that went into the technique, as it is a form of art. It is truly breathtaking. 🥰 All projects exceeded our expectations. Mike, the owner, personally came to my home to review the scope of the project ahead. Within hours, Mike provided a quote , assigned his crew and scheduled day. He even reminded me prior to the start date that the job was continuing as planned, and his crew would be at my home at 8 AM sharp.
His crew showed up promptly at 8AM! “A Cut Above” has some of the most respectful men I have ever had working in our home.
John and Robert spent 4 days, all day , every day in our home portraying the upmost respect, responsiveness and care while handling this project. Such great guys!
